Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enrollment Services Representative to join our team at La Sierra University. As a Student Worker/Ambassador, you will play a vital role in supporting the Enrollment Services department and contributing to the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Processing: Enter applications, verify applicant status, and update applicant information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Respond to telephone, text, and email inquiries and questions from students, parents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Support: Assist with enrollment events such as Open House and University Experience, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for attendees.
  • Clerical Support: Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor, including filing and data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a current enrollment at La Sierra University.
  • Experience: Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office operations, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Conditions

This is a regular office work environment with minimal physical labor required. The successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion.
