Clinical Decision Unit/Short Stay RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Decision Unit/Short Stay Registered Nurse to join our team at Turkey Creek Medical Center, part of the Tennova Healthcare Network.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Clinical Decision Unit/Short Stay environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Associate Nursing Degree (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
- Current RN License in the State of Tennessee
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Turkey Creek Medical Center is a 24/7 emergency room, ICU, and advanced surgical suites, offering a range of services in the heart of Knoxville, Tennessee.
