Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Financial Manager to join our team at GPAC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial backbone of our growing company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in construction finance and possess strong technical skills in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. A deep understanding of cost codes, materials, and invoices is essential, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform financial reporting, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Manage vendor documents, including W9s, vendor packets, and daily mail, to ensure timely processing and compliance.
  3. Facilitate effective communication with vendors and clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Handle various clerical and administrative duties, including filing, greeting visitors, and managing the reception desk, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  5. Run errands, such as filing and picking up permits, to support the team's operations.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards in all interactions.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2 years in construction finance
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks specific to construction, Excel, and Word
