- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately and thoroughly document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions in the medical record. Prepare and submit reports as required by facility policies and procedures.
- Education and Licensure: Current registered nurse licensure in good standing. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: A minimum of one year recent psychiatric nursing experience in a facility setting.
