Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and screen patient medical charts, developing treatment plans in accordance with resident needs.
  • Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to team members.
  • Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations.
  • Conduct staff and family training and education as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
