Job Overview

COPPERFIELD INN LLC is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and service to our guests during banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery to guests
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude throughout the event
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and ensuring proper storage of banquet inventory
  • Anticipate and react to guest needs, answering questions and providing suggestions as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols
