Advanced Practice Nurse Anesthetist – CRNA

Nurse Anesthetists are responsible for administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for both scheduled and urgent surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic operations.
We seek individuals who are passionate about fostering teamwork and striving for excellence within the anesthesia department. You will coordinate all facets of clinical care to guarantee the provision of high-quality, patient-centered services, manage staffing requirements, and create opportunities for staff development. Planning activities, recognition programs, and training sessions will be essential to enhance engagement and unity among our growing team of skilled CRNAs.
This role demands a steadfast commitment to excellence and a professional demeanor. You will benefit from flexible scheduling, collaborative clinical decision-making, inspiring leadership, and a supportive anesthesia care team model. The focus will primarily be on various cases, including significant orthopedic and obstetric procedures, with opportunities for regional block training available.
This is a full-time role at NewYork-Presbyterian.
Shift Details: 16/24 hour shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Mandatory Qualifications
- Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in New York State (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS Certification
- ACLS Certification

Compensation Range: $245,000-$290,000
