About the Role

The Coding and Compliance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our coding practices. This position involves reviewing and auditing coding to ensure it aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of coding principles, as well as experience working with clinical staff to clarify documentation and data integrity issues. A bachelor's degree in a related field and certification in coding are highly desirable.

Duties:
* Reviews and audits coding to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Collaborates with clinical staff to resolve data integrity issues
* Develops and implements coding guidelines and policies
* Conducts regular audits to ensure coding quality

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Certification in coding preferred
* 2-5 years of clinical home health experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
