Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons, employees, and company assets.
  • Transportation and Access Control: Assist in transporting money and chips, and control access to restricted areas.
  • Incident Response: React to patron and employee incidents and accidents, and monitor patron and employee passage in and out of the gaming facility.
  • Safety Hazards: Check for and report safety hazards, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls to the facility, direct calls, and answer patron questions.
  • Operational Support: May be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid Driver's License.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • License: Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
  • Age: Must be 21 or older
