Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated full-time and part-time Neurodiagnostic Technicians to join our team at Community Care Physicians.

Work Schedule:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Part-time: Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm OR 12pm-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and ambulatory EEG assessments as directed by the supervising physician.
  • Record and analyze brain wave activity utilizing EEG technology.
  • Gather patient medical histories, clarify testing processes, and prepare patients for examinations.
  • Measure the head and other relevant body areas to determine electrode placement.
  • Operate recording devices and adjust settings for optimal visualization of neurological activity.
  • Monitor patient behavior and document responses throughout testing.
  • Compile reports summarizing test findings.
  • Maintain and sanitize electrodes and ensure the operational integrity of equipment.

Compensation:
The annual salary range is $27.50.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; further education is preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited EEG training program
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an EEG Technician.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and office protocols, with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
