About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and management of our office, managing staff, and reporting to the Operations Director and Executive Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operation of the site: The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.">
  • Site budget control: The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the office budget, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits and that financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.">
  • Cash collections: The Program Manager will be responsible for collecting cash payments from clients and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.">
  • Site personnel management: The Program Manager will supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the resources and training needed to perform their jobs effectively.">
  • Knowledge and delivery of program services in compliance with State and County regulations: The Program Manager will ensure that all program services are delivered in accordance with state and county regulations, and that any changes or updates to these regulations are implemented promptly.">
  • Serve as a liaison between the state, county, probation, court, and DMV agencies: The Program Manager will act as a liaison between our organization and various government agencies, ensuring that communication is clear and effective.">
  • Community outreach: The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing community outreach programs to promote our services and build relationships with local stakeholders.">
  • Compliance with established company policy and procedures: The Program Manager will ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that any issues or concerns are reported promptly.">

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a DUI program: The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a DUI program, with a strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing this area.">
  • Certification with one of the state agencies: The successful candidate will hold certification with one of the state agencies, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to the field.">
  • Strong management skills: The successful candidate will have excellent management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals and objectives.">
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills: The successful candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.">
  • Deadline and detail-oriented: The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.">
  • Strong leadership qualities: The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.">
  • Able to work independently and effectively coach and mentor staff: The successful candidate will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and will have excellent coaching and mentoring skills to help staff develop their skills and knowledge.">
  • Strong computer and organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills: The successful candidate will have excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, to interact with staff, clients, and external partners.">
  • Ability to interact respectfully with the public both in person and on the phone: The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.">
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus: While not required, the ability to speak Spanish would be an asset for this role, particularly in building relationships with our Hispanic clients.">

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
