Job Description

Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Manager - Plant Operations will be responsible for leading the plant's technical and maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all production equipment, facilities, and building services. This role will oversee the implementation of process reliability systems, preventive maintenance programs, and automation equipment performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of process reliability systems to achieve >85% reliability in production equipment
  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize maintenance spending
  • Lead automation equipment performance improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance costs
  • Establish and manage a skilled maintenance team to ensure the plant's technical and maintenance needs are met
  • Develop and implement a training program to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel
  • Collaborate with the plant leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve plant performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in an engineering or maintenance role, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Knowledge of budgeting and CAPEX processes, OEE and reliability systems, CQV process, and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
