Job Summary:
The Clinical Manager of Medical Surgical Unit is a registered nurse who reports directly to the department director or Chief Nursing Officer. This role is responsible for monitoring the delivery of patient care through the utilization of the nursing process, physicians' orders, established policies and procedures, established professional standards, and administrative hospital-wide policies.
Responsibilities:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR card and ACLS certification
- Passing score of at least 80% on the Los Robles Regional Medical Center pharmacology exam

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is a 380+ bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties along with the Greater Conejo Valley.
