The Registered Dietitian will work in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health.
The ideal candidate will have Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials and 2 years of consulting/long term care experience.
Responsibilities- Complete MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
- Document residents at high risk for nutritional problems
- Participate in care planning
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team
- Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food
