Transforming Patient Care
At Deaconess Hospital, we're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our acute care department, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your specialized training and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- You will prioritize, delegate, deliver, and evaluate patient care on an ongoing basis, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- You will utilize your nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process, adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to drive overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare team members.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Refer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirements
- Minimum (2) years of experience
- Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record
