Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Monitor Properties: Conduct regular patrols of assigned properties to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Enforce Policies and Procedures: Maintain a visible presence and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to Incidents: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, including arrests and detentions as necessary.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure operation.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately record and report all security incidents, including daily activity reports and incident reports.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on education and training.
  • State PERC License, FOID, and Armed 230 Training: Hold a valid State PERC License, FOID, and Armed 230 Training certification.
  • Basic First Aid Skills: Possess basic first aid skills and knowledge.
  • Physical Strength and Fitness: Demonstrate physical strength and fitness to perform duties effectively.
  • Prior Experience as a Security Guard: Possess prior experience as a Security Guard, with a strong emphasis on leadership and teamwork.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Must have a Firearm, Duty Belt, and All Armed Licenses Up to Date: Possess a firearm, duty belt, and all armed licenses up to date.
  • Must have a Working Phone that is NFC Compatible: Possess a working phone that is NFC compatible.
  • Must have Open Availability Throughout the Week: Demonstrate open availability throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to Travel: Be willing to travel to different locations as required.
