Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide support to students with special needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain accurate student data as directed by the Behavior Supervisor or Head Teacher.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in the face of challenging situations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Assist specialists in implementing school readiness and pre-academic programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional or in a related field.
- Experience with behavior management and working with children.
- Strong attendance and reliability record.
