Branch Director

As a Branch Manager at Envista Credit Union, you will be responsible for directing the operations of a medium-sized, remote facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans while promoting a sales environment.

• Direct, develop, motivate, hire, and discipline branch personnel.
• Administer performance evaluations and recommend appropriate personnel actions.
• Train employees on procedures, deliver the "Envista experience," and cross-sell products and services to meet the needs of our members.
• Monitor branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist members with consumer and mortgage loan questions, requests, and applications.
• Maintain communications with the main office, prepare and submit standard reports, and attend scheduled management meetings.
• Represent the branch in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations, suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups.

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
