Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans for children
- Collaborate with parents and ECI staff to establish and review goals
- Provide training and support to caregivers and family members

Requirements
- Master's Degree in speech-language pathology or related field
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Current Texas licensure in speech-language pathology

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. The selected candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location and Work Environment
This position will be based in Texas, with opportunities to work with various clients and communities throughout the state. As a Developmental Consultant, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and in-person, depending on client needs.
