Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' rooms, staff offices, and common areas. This includes:
  • Performing daily housekeeping duties, including preparing cleaning carts and replenishing supplies.
  • Vacuuming floors and hallways.
  • Providing basic housekeeping services such as restocking toilet paper and supplies, dusting, and cleaning staff offices and common areas.
  • Following all regulatory guidelines related to infection control and standard precautions.

You will also assist with laundry distribution, pick up trash, and ensure machinery and equipment are in proper working order.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds frequently.
  • Able to push or pull carts weighing up to 60 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to read product labels and follow directions accordingly.
  • Cleaning experience in a hotel or healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to optimize customer service to all residents.
