Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Head Server to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for all work-related communications with management.
  • Onboard and train new team members, instilling our company values and operational standards.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of staff in designated areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess experience in catering and full-service dining environments. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence are essential.
