Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other supplies
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning
  • Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service
Requirements:
  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
