About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Highway Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our transportation projects, you will work under the guidance of an experienced project engineer or project manager to assist in maintaining existing and building new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform engineering tasks in the transportation and highway engineering field through the application of relevant design criteria, standards, and processes. Assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction, as well as construction cost estimates.

Requirements:

1-4 years of design experience in the highway transportation field. Relevant internship experience or college coursework will be considered. BSCE from an ABET-accredited engineering program. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenRoads, MicroStation, and Inroads or geopak is desired. Experience with project delivery of State Agency Transportation Departments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

EIT Certification is preferred.
