Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at AAAA SELF STORAGE MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Market to the commercial and consumer customer base
  • Establish rental rates and contracts with tenants
  • Collect rents and oversee maintenance of the facility and systems
  • Monitor facility security and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Retail experience preferred
  • 1+ years of Supervisor or Leadership experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends
Job Description
