Role OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Nurse II to join our Med Surg/Tele Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to patients with various types of Med Surg/Tele cases. Your role will involve collaborating with physicians, nursing unit directors, charge nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct care to assigned patients in an inpatient setting
- Assess patient care needs and learning needs
- Prioritize patient care problems and assume responsibility for problem resolution
- Plan patient care and education, anticipating patient outcomes and complications of treatment
- Apply effective time management to complete all assignments in a timely manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, minimum
- Current CA RN license
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- ACLS through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg/Tele experience
