Job Description

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel assignment in Virginia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to operate sonographic scanners and create high-quality images of patients' internal organs.

Responsibilities
  • Operate sonographic scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Conduct imaging procedures, including ultrasound, CT, and MRI scans
  • Review and analyze images to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality images
