Job Title: Tree Trimmer

Wright Tree Service is seeking a skilled Tree Trimmer to join our team. As a Tree Trimmer, you will be responsible for trimming and removing trees using a variety of equipment, including ladders, safety belts, and powered trimmer lift trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trim and remove trees using a variety of equipment
  • Use hand-spraying equipment to prevent further growth
  • Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris
  • Repair slight damage to lawns, fences, and walks caused by tree trimming
  • Relay hand-signals, direct traffic, and operate trucks and equipment as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 months experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews
  • Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times per day
  • Ability to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather
  • Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis
