Position Overview

The Warehouse and Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the bottling operations at The Arc Ontario. This position is responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Work Location: Canandaigua, NY

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 04:00 pm, with flexibility to accommodate operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the bottling line, ensuring adequate staffing and contract management to meet production targets.
  • Set up bottling processes in accordance with specifications, identifying necessary adjustments to uphold quality standards and production efficiency.
  • Supervise production personnel and interns, ensuring comprehensive training and addressing performance issues as they arise. Schedule staff appropriately to fulfill production requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in production or a related field.
