Job Title: Lab Support Technician

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Support Technician to join our team. As a Lab Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and maintain timely and accurate documentation and records.
  • Serve as vendor escort for equipment installation.
  • Routine laboratory support functions including ordering, stocking, and distributing supplies and equipment; arranging and dismantling apparatus; and collecting, washing, and storing glassware.
  • Perform standard technical procedures such as preparing routine solutions and reagents.
  • Depending on aptitude and desire to learn, role may expand to include making and recording observations; performing simple calculations; and collecting and preparing data for evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience.
  • At least 2-3 years in a Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience with 5S organizational methods.
  • Experience using Asset or Inventory Management Tools/Software.
  • Working with analytic instrumentation (balances, pH, conductivity, Osmometer and BGA), Laminar Flow Hood, Autoclave, Parts Washer.
  • Solution preparation.
