Store Baker

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Baker. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cookies that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to Crumbl recipes
• Operate mixers, ovens, and other equipment to produce cookies
• Decorate and display finished products
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Clean and maintain the workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized

• Be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication, time management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team to solve problems and create amazing baked goods
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot environment
