Apartment Make-Ready / Punch Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Make-Ready / Punch Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that recently vacated apartments are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and inspection of apartments, including trash removal, light fixture and lock replacement, and appliance installation.
  • Perform general punch list items, including painting, caulking, and drywall repair.
  • Lift and move heavy objects, up to 40-50 pounds, as needed.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including pressure washers and blowers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction, hotel, or apartment maintenance preferred.
  • Basic hand tools and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly approach to coworkers and customers.
