### Job Description

As a Sandwich Craftsman, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Greeting and serving guests with a cheerful and helpful manner
* Demonstrating a complete understanding of menu items and explaining them to guests accurately
* Using the Point of Sale system to record orders, compute bills, and collect payments
* Preparing food neatly and according to formula in a timely manner
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
* Understanding and adhering to quality standards, formulas, and procedures outlined in the Subway Operations Manual
