Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques to assemble metal components according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques to fabricate metal components
  • Ensure weld operations are performed in accordance with established specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct self-inspection and quality control checks to ensure adherence to procedures and specifications
  • Meet production objectives and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in new product introductions and suggest improvements to production and quality processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
  • Manual dexterity and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
