Server Associate

Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant in Pigeon Forge, TN is a part of A Marshall Hospitality group. We are seeking skilled Server professionals to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is around $12-$15 per hour, based on industry standards and the local cost of living. Additionally, servers can expect to earn tips, which will significantly increase their overall compensation. • Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, responsive, and attentive to guest needs.
• Showcase our restaurant's offerings and create a memorable experience that encourages guests to return.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is highly preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with management, kitchen staff, and dining room personnel as well as guests.
• Able to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours.
• Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food and beverages frequently weighing up to 20-30 pounds.
