Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.

  • Merchandise Management: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Recovery and Organization: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Communication and Organization: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
