Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Mindlance brand and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with our clients' equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our clients' equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients' equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
  • Basic tools and a smartphone required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • High level of personal integrity and ability to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge required.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to pick up new skills quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An associate degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience with client or similar equipment is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • May require bending, squatting, walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods.
  • May require prolonged travel based on service area.
  • May require carrying and lifting a tool kit and parts of varying weights.
