We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Buyer's Agent to join our team at Keller Williams LA Harbor.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream homes in the Palos Verdes area.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.
This role offers a salary range of $85,000 - $167,500 yearly, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to establish a rewarding career in real estate.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Serve as a liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Palos Verdes, CA.
- Coordinate property showings, host open houses, and assist potential buyers in their home search in the Palos Verdes area.
- Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their housing preferences and requirements.
- Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful property sales.
- Provide valuable insights on the local housing market to prospective buyers in Palos Verdes, CA.
- Adhere to the team's strategic plan for effective real estate operations.
- Schedule and manage appointments with interested buyers in the Palos Verdes region.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel by car in Palos Verdes, CA.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Palos Verdes and awareness of current real estate trends.
- A real estate license is a necessity or the willingness to obtain one.
