This individual contributor role is centered on delivering exceptional customer service while executing a range of minor and preventive maintenance tasks on Ford vehicles.


Compensation & Benefits:
Badger Quick Lane Tire & Auto provides a competitive compensation structure for full-time employees. This structure encompasses a base salary along with performance-related bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on various Ford vehicle models, including oil changes, tire rotations and balancing, brake services, wheel alignments, shocks/struts, and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
  • Diagnose automotive parts and repair requirements, providing accurate pricing estimates for service tasks.
  • Secure customer approval for repairs and relay job status updates to customers or other dealership staff.
  • Perform test drives on vehicles to ensure that repairs have been completed satisfactorily.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations as specified in Badger Quick Lane Tire & Auto's safety guidelines.
  • Keep the work environment organized and tidy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Fundamental automotive skills and knowledge of Ford vehicles.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
  • Capability to work independently as well as in collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret technical specifications.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
