Job Title: Sales Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Experience:

  • Drive Sales: Utilize sales data and customer feedback to exceed sales goals and take ownership of your results.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and showcasing our amazing products.
  • Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on fighting animal testing, and inspire others to join us in making a positive impact on the world.
  • Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits to make informed product recommendations.

Team Involvement:

  • Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance and support the growth of your team.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members' perspectives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Operational Excellence:

  • Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work, and prioritize your wellbeing by taking breaks when necessary.
  • Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer's shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Stock and Inventory: Utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure you are practicing company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Excellent customer service skills, flexibility to adapt to changing situations, knowledge and passion for skincare and natural beauty, and a flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
  • Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models, strong problem-solving skills, experience working in a team environment, and experience working in skincare or cosmetics.

Work Environment:

The Sales Ambassador will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and natural beauty, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
