About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Management Business Solutions. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, including staffing, customer satisfaction, and employee performance assessment.
- Assist the Director in planning, staff development, quality improvement, and financial performance.
- Identify and resolve conflicts or problem situations.
- Conduct and participate in department meetings to summarize decisions, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to schedule.
- Establish job competencies and performance goals to provide employees with clear expectations.
- Effectively function as a pharmacist and work on-line as needed.
- Demonstrate civic responsibility by participating in community service projects and activities consistent with our mission and values.
- Demonstrate vision and initiate changes to meet future needs.
- Manage financial and material resources to control costs and adhere to department budget.
- Manage human resources to maintain a staff of qualified, competent, and productive employees.
- Support healthcare systems policies and activities that provide quality services.
- Evaluate processes and procedures to provide cost-effective care within budget.
- Apply pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic principles to individualize drug dosing for patients.
- Provide appropriate response and support for Code Blue and Code Trauma situations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Ohio Licensed RPh and a minimum of 2 years (min of 3 preferred) Clinical (hospital-based) Pharmacy experience required.
- Experience in a leadership role.

- Competitive salary range between $57hr-$72hr depending on experience.
