Job Summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team. As a Sanitation Worker, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize production areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment, including training on food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion work, and be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
  • Work overtime as assigned, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
