- Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by presenting and selling Sherwin-Williams products to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed effectively.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, warehouse, and equipment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Education: Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
