We are currently in search of a Salesforce Developer to become a vital part of our client's Engineering Team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with an engineering team dedicated to the Salesforce platform. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust, sustainable, and strategic CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work collaboratively with a global, cross-functional team to develop customer-focused products.
  2. Evaluate existing software to pinpoint areas for enhancement and provide estimates for new feature implementation.
  3. Adhere to established software development protocols and best practices.
  4. Develop and maintain test plans, documentation, and automated testing for all technical modifications.
  5. Enhance your technical capabilities by pursuing cross-training and knowledge growth opportunities.
  6. Engage in user story refinement, technical design, code evaluations, and the Agile process of the team.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Salesforce.
  3. Proven track record of success in previous Salesforce development projects.
  4. Familiarity with the Salesforce software ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning, and data structures.
  5. Understanding of Salesforce integration methodologies, APIs, and REST.
  6. Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft).
  7. Proficient in relational databases (e.g., SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS).
  8. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Provar.
  9. Familiarity with Public Sector Solutions or Omni Studio.

Compensation: $90 Hourly
