Role ResponsibilitiesThe People Applications team is in search of an Automation Engineer with proven expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) to enhance our talent acquisition and employee engagement processes. You will work directly with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop comprehensive solutions, and support our applications across various technical domains aligned with our people objectives.
This position is hybrid, reporting to the Senior Manager of People Applications.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate existing business and system workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Manage the automation lifecycle from initial concept through development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business needs and tailor automation processes accordingly.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in RPA technology and continuously enhance your technical capabilities.
- Develop and implement thorough testing protocols to ensure the reliability and precision of automation solutions.
- Create detailed documentation for RPA solutions, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath (Highly Preferred), Microsoft Power Apps, or Automation Anywhere.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferably in HR or Business applications.
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive automated solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Solid understanding of design principles and programming techniques for creating reusable components.
- Provide technical guidance on design considerations for RPA platform components, ensuring compliance with enterprise requirements for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
- Results-oriented mindset, consistently evaluating the impact of solutions and team activities, and iterating for improvement.
- Self-motivated, always seeking opportunities for learning and enhancing work quality.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, capable of managing multiple deadlines effectively.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position varies by location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
