Product Strategist

At Loftware, we're looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy, planning, and execution across the product life cycle. Your goal will be to ensure success in both business and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market assessments, including competitive positioning, and define requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to deliver successful products.
• Develop product launch and rollout plans to prepare internal resources for sales, service, and support.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop product positioning, packaging, and programs.
• Balance strategic thinking for the bigger picture vision and execute tactical delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology and life sciences, industrial or consumer products in an enterprise SaaS software environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Strategic thinker capable of delivering on a long-term view on growth metrics and data-based decision-making.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and ability to succeed in ambiguity.
• Tech-savvy and able to translate concepts into value-driven outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting to both internal and external audiences.
• Experience in Agile and proven success as a product owner.

• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication/presentation skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels.
