About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Technician to fill the role of Shift Leader at Pate Rehabilitation. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring quality residential rehabilitation care by providing supervision of and participation in patient care throughout our residential facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision of Rehab Tech staff to ensure a safe and clean residential environment and exceptional client care.
  • Perform Rehab Tech duties, including working with clients to carry out established treatment plans, assistance with activities of daily living, and patient transportation when necessary.
  • Ensure that residential recommendations, rehabilitation plans, and medication management plans are followed per clinician's direction.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided.
  • Assist with training and development of staff as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Rehabilitation Technician required.
  • Must pass all pre-employment and employment verifications.
