About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Great Maple in Anaheim. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality specialty coffee drinks that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos
  • Operate espresso machines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
Requirements
  • Previous barista experience and knowledge of various brewing methods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
