Position Overview
Andover Court Assisted Living is in search of a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to provide exceptional care during the 1st shift. This role is vital in ensuring that our residents receive the support they need in a warm and nurturing environment.
Work Schedule
Our staff operates on a 2-week rotational schedule, designed to accommodate life's important events while maintaining consistent care for our residents.

Core Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) is responsible for delivering daily assisted living services that enhance the individual capabilities of our residents. Key duties include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities as outlined in their care plans (e.g., dressing, bathing, grooming).
- Conducting routine rounds to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Supporting residents during meal times and encouraging participation in activities.
- Maintaining cleanliness and comfort for residents, including managing clothing and linens.
- Documenting and reporting any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from a State-approved CNA program.
- Current certification in good standing.
- Preferred: One year of experience in senior services.
- CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.
