Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide services for elementary to high school age students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and providing consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Provide consultation services to teachers and other school staff to support students' learning and development
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote students' independence and participation in educational activities
  • Document student progress and communicate with parents and educators as needed

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Occupational Therapist Licensure
  • Experience working with elementary to high school age students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other professionals
