This role involves collaborating with business teams to optimize processes, eliminate manual reporting, and drive data-driven decisions with improved metrics and KPIs. You will develop and implement data strategies that align with business objectives, oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data collection, integration, cleansing, and storage, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for various business units.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years in data management, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with data lifecycle management, including data collection, integration, cleansing, and storage.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, particularly PowerBI.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Ability to develop advanced analytics models and create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work closely with business leaders, Sales, Finance, and other departments to understand their data needs and develop custom reports.
- Strong advocacy for data-driven decision-making and innovation within the organization.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.
- Ability to lead initiatives to eliminate manual reporting processes and optimize data workflows.
